Welcome to Brazil Angola Community Information Centre
The Brazil Angola Community Information Centre offers free services to newcomers in Canada, promoting their integration to the Canadian society. Our mission is to service the Portuguese-speaking community (Brazilians, Angolans and others) in the Toronto area. It is an organization run entirely by volunteers.
We take care of all our clients and their individual requests on Fridays, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at St. Christopher House (248 Ossington Avenue, at the intersection with Dundas Street West), in the room to the left inside the front entrance. This is an area easily accessed by wheelchairs and strollers. The nearest subway station is Ossington and it is possible to commute using the bus No. 63 - Ossington Southbound. On weekdays our volunteers can be reached either by e-mail or by phone (416) 760-2665. Need directions?
On our website it is possible to find many useful links containing infomation about schools and health services in Toronto, consulates and embassies in Canada, blogs written by immigrants, as well as family leisure activities. Feel free to explore it!
